Automatic Wire Sizing Machine AWS 540
Desc : AWS 540 is to cut wire to present length. It is capable of cutting round and flat cable, wire slaving, tape, foil, etc. With additional feed guides. The unit is most suitable for preparing hook up wire, sleeve, shrink tubing etc.
The machine meters the wire precisely with the closed loop electronic circuit having encoder feedback system. The cut length is preset with Thumb Wheel Switches, calibrated directly in mm. The wire is fed through wire guides & feed rollers, the machine automatically dereels, meters and cuts wire.
Depending upon the insulation material, cutting tolerances of better than 2% can be achieved. An unique wire spool holder and dereeler provided, ensures a drag free feed to the machine. The machine has the capacity to accept three roles at a time, thereby increasing the output three times.
