Automatic Dip Soldering Machine DIP 905
DIP 905 provides high performance soldering at economical price. It is suitable for soldering single sided/PTH/Multilayered PCB's and most intricate hybrid assemblies. The machine comprises of a precision digital temperature controller, a counter balanced top loading frame and sealed cartridge type heaters that ensure full industrial performance with high production rate. A custom designed top loading frame and its controlled movement during soldering operation provides maximum solder peel back that eliminates bridging, iciling, blowholes etc. An adjustable timer selects the solder time.

Wire Stripping Cum Twisting Machine AWZ 460
AWZ 460 is capable of stripping the insulation and twisting the strands (in case of multi strand wire), automatically in a single operation. Change over from one wire diameter to another is fast and simple by changing collect according to the wire size. Stripped length is adjustable. Stripping and twisting is done without nicking the core.
